From a boardroom meeting for 24 to the Ballroom for 225, we offer four rooms and over 7,600 square feet of flexible meeting space as well as a dedicated Convention Services & Culinary Team to help make it all happen.

Our spacious Lobby is an ideal setting for welcome receptions, convention registration and exhibits. This beautiful space has natural light streaming through a glass paneled wall, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and stonework accented by West Coast aboriginal art.

Additional onsite function space includes our Westerly Family Restaurant, Chalk Lounge, and our the Flying Canoe West Coast Pub, taking our combined meeting/event space to over 14,000 square feet.
